3. Delivery time:

4. Packing: Each dress is tightly packed in a waterproof bag to save shipping costs.
5. Shipping: By UPS, DHL, or special airlines.
6. Payment: Paypal, bank transfer, Western Union, Money Gram, etc.
7. Return Policy:
1) Each dress is hand-made, so there may be a 5%-10% difference from the product picture. If you require 100% accuracy, please do not proceed.
2) We accept returns for quality issues or wrong delivery times. Unreasonable returns (e.g., wrong size provided or change of mind) will be refused.
3) If the dress is in the wrong color or measurements, send clear pictures within 3 working days of receipt. Returns and refunds are possible after confirmation.
4) For obvious quality issues (e.g., large dirt, broken or defective surface), send clear pictures within 2 working days of receipt. We will resolve the issue together.
5) Due to screen chromatic aberration, we cannot guarantee exact color matching. Returns based solely on color differences will not be accepted.
8. If you return the dress:
1) Contact us within 2 days (48 hours) of receipt. State the problem and reason for return.
2) The item must be in its original condition with no signs of wear, tear, or odors.
3) Return shipping charges are the buyer's responsibility.
4) We accept returns for quality problems or size mistakes.
5) Use the same shipping method for returns as we used for delivery.

9. Custom taxes:
Most buyers (except in the United States) need to pay customs taxes. To save you costs, we mark around $30-40.00 on the invoice, reducing your tax payment. Note that this is not a shipping cost, as shipping is already paid before sending.
